Foodscaping (Edible Landscaping) Workshop
Saturday, April 18, 2026 | 1–3 PM | $47 | Limited to 20 people
Want a yard that looks beautiful and feeds your family? In this hands-on, in-person workshop, you’ll learn how to incorporate food into your landscaping in a way that feels intentional and totally doable, even if you’re a beginner.
Foodscaping is all about blending edible plants into your existing yard and garden spaces so your landscape becomes more functional without turning into a messy “garden bed takeover.” You’ll leave with practical ideas, a planning worksheet, and the confidence to start building an edible yard that fits your lifestyle.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
-
How to choose edible plants that work in real-life landscapes (not just garden beds)
-
Layout tips for building an edible yard that still looks intentional and polished
-
How to plan for sun, soil, and seasonal harvests so it stays manageable
What to bring: Notebook + sturdy shoes
We’ll provide: Guided instruction, examples, and a take-home planning worksheet
Optional add-on: Plants and starter bundles will be available for purchase.
Scholarships: Partial scholarships are available (50% off) with an application on our website.
Please note: This workshop will not include a fully customized yard design for each attendee. You’ll leave with a clear plan and next steps to apply at home!
